The location, room and breakfast are all very good, and the service is very satisfying! Location:It is located opposite the National Museum. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Astronomical Clock and the railway station, and it takes 20 minutes to reach the Charles Bridge. Traveling in the evening and morning can avoid the crowds of tourists. Room:I live in a room with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows on the fifth floor. It is very quiet at night and there is no street noise. The room is clean and tidy. The view is amazing! Exceeded expectations! Breakfast: hot and cold options, usually eggs sausage and hot vegetables or rice and pasta, and cold options with a variety of salads, cheese, and ham. Cereal, bread, snacks, yogurt, drinks, fruits are also very rich, and there are many choices. Service: The front desk is very friendly and the service is very considerate, especially thanks to them for their help.Special thanks to tatiana for her helpSince I didn't specify the type of room I wanted, Tatiana arranged for me to change the room. The service staff pays great attention to the feedback of the guests and is doing their best to do their best. If you have any questions, just contact the service staff, and they will definitely help you solve them.

My 3rd stay in the hotel and still I am completely happy and satisified with it. Politeness, friendliness and helpfulness of the whole staff is not only very welcoming but really outstanding. Again special thanks to Tatiana who has given the most comprehensive introduction and explication of the hotel. Outfit of the hotel is very good and fully sufficient. For other guests I always mention the two town houses taken together and having different levels. Not everybody might understand it right away - but don't let you get disappointed ! Staff is very helpful with showing you to your room, explaining the elevator, and delivering your luggage. Just ask! Lovely views from many rooms directly and for everybody from the roof terrace. Also very friendly service in the small roof bar. Being close to upper Václavské Námêstí is another outstanding mark; like having the large Metro station "Muzeum" right across Mezibranská Street, Prague main station not far ... and the possibility of parking your car in the neighbour yard ( if it can pass through 189 cm ). Here again staff very helpful in guiding you. In the cellar classic czech Restaurant Husinec; - in large vaults which I would date back several hundred years.

The location is very nice and very central. From our window we directly looked at the beautiful national museum and it is only ~50 m by foot to the popular Wencelas square. Also other highlights like the Charles bridge or the rotating head of Kafka can be reached easily by foot within less ~25 minutes. The next metro station is also less than 50m away and the next tram station only ~8 minutes by foot. The staff was very nice and kind at all times. Special thanks for Tatiana at this point. We really appreciated the warm welcome and kind words. As a welcome a bottle of wine was waiting in our room and we got another one for the last evening with a nice personal card. Very cool! The rooftop bar is not easy to find (staff helped out) but offers a stunning view over Prague and especially sunsets can be well enjoyed there. Our room was large, well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. Not the most modern furniture anymore but absolutely sufficient for 4 nights. The breakfast is also very good. The quality of the offered food is good and the variety is very good; for instance there was a variety of vegetables, fruits and cereals.

My husband and I were there between December 19-22. First of all, it was easy to reach the facility and it was very centrally located. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a small Prague map during check-in and explained all the necessary details. We were at the hotel early for the normal check-in time, and after a short while, they prepared the room and gave it in advance according to availability. We would like to thank Aika and Marcel who are very helpful, smiling, lovely people and especially Sasha who were very helpful. We went to the bar on the hotel's terrace at night and sat at a table with my wife, then we changed tables, and my wife forgot her bag at the table we first sat at. We went back to our room and went to bed, and realized in the morning that the bag was missing. I immediately went down to the reception and asked. Sasha found it in the evening and gave it to the reception. We were very relieved. We would like to thank Sash again for his kind behavior. I definitely recommend this hotel. If we go again, we will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely recommend this place! The location is just ideally situated, right around the corner of Wenceslas Square. Metro Station of Lines A and C (Muzeum) is only a two minutes walk. Our room was very quiet with a stunning view over the city to the castle. Cool modern bathroom with glass walls. The hotel features a stunning view rooftop terrace bar and a very good and entertaining bar-keeper. In the morning, you will find a dream of a breakfast buffet with a perfect continental and even full English breakfast. It features a lot of home-made salads and sweets. Full range of bread, muesli, cakes, sausages, ham, cheese… The staff, lovely Tatiana and her colleagues, are very friendly and eager to help at any time. A very charming hotel with a lovely mixture of old imperial style building and very modern interior.
